Long Time Ago...

Hi guys, I just want to drop a few words here to let everyone knows that I am still alive :p Anyway, it was a hectic life for me previously and I know it will be an on-going thing. I am quite tie up with my work. The word "busy" ranges from flying to Aberdeen(again), to my sister's wedding at Sibu/Kuching, to my company's User Conference at KL...to my house warming on this coming Saturday.

Apologies for not updating my blog for ages. This is due to I have moved out to my new house and no fixed line is actually provided for my new housing area; so no Internet(Streamyx) connection for me in other words. Most of the time is because of work too. Tai Hen Desu Ne...(Japanese of saying "I am having a hard time"). What I have now is a 3G connection and using my mobile phone as a modem, geezzz.... >.< !!

Yeah, this coming Saturday I will be organizing house warming at my house and sorry for those I have not invited :) I am just doing it in a small scale. But don't worry, I will upload some of the photos here soon :p Staying alone in a new house is not something you will wanted to, trust me. You have to do everything by yourself. These includes cleaning, shopping(ok, this is not "shopping", I meant buying vegies and foods!!), cooking and washing ! What if you are sick ? Not easy...not easy... In terms of free-dom, yes. In terms of free-time, no!

So, April fools has just passed and did you fool anyone or did you got fooled by anyone instead ? :p Happy belated April fool ! Alright, buddies...too much things to do, see you guys around !

Wahh!!!! almost a month I didn't do any updates to my blog. My friend StephenLim is going to kill me @.@!!! hahaa, but seriously guys...are you doing updates because of your friends or because you have something to share with your friends ? But I believe nowadays blogger has reaches an extend where they are paid to blog, don't believe me ?

Ok, reason for not updating my blog is simply because of a few reasons...
1) Busy (...and it will never end - that's why I am here to start blogging again ! :p)
2) "Someone" took my camera and don't want to give back (what a good excuse)
3) Really got nothing to say. For the past few weeks, I was meditating more than doing anything.

But basically the past few weeks was busy with my new house. Asking around for quotations and comparing prices. It's not an easy task though. Need to compare prices together with quality. Simply just can't pick the cheaper one because it's being cheaper, but quality at the same time. After quality, still need to consider whether it's within my budget. Besides budget, need to compare their design as well. Just spending and spending and spending...It's quite challenging when it comes to decision making session. Most of the time I just need to cover both of my eyes with my hands and said "Ok, take this".

I'll be posting up my latest house updates in my coming blog :p blame the person who took my camera for weeks! sigh...btw, return the cable as well!!! Anyway, you can guess who is it...and yeah, as the title of the post says, this is not my updates yet ;) will update you guys what I've up to lately.

The Mask

Did you smile today ? Well, I did, though I might not willing to. You might ask why would you want to smile if you wouldn't want to ? It's the most appropriate way, like it or not. We meet people everyday and everywhere. Sometimes we might have bad feeling toward that person, or even feel like want to give him a big slap on his face, but I chose to wear a mask so that it won't looks so obvious. The worst thing is, that person never realized that his face looks so sick to me!, and to tell you the truth - he will not realized and never. But, I still choose to wear my mask and smile at him. Because, I still believe we can't survive without the mask. The mask is the truth. Some even delight the lies on the mask rather than the reality.

Many of us might choose the other mask, the "show faces" Mask, which is the mask that rejects everything. This doesn't mean it's bad, it might helps the person at some points. Again, it's your own choice. Some people, they will choose to go, or do it or agree with it, although they might not. They will do, but not doing it wholeheartedly. They will go, but not going with wholeheartedly. They will agree, but doesn't agree with wholeheartedly. Then they might eventually ends up with depression and keep asking, why would I need to keep doing something that I would not want to !?

The world of depression, yeah - that's the name of this world. Humans, humans, humans...disappointing and deeply depressed. Sigh...Anyway, life still have to move on and remember to wear your own mask everyday. That's life...

Scary phenomenon

Last week, Kuching(in fact, all around the world that has the same timezone as Malaysia) had a very weird and scary phenomenon. Almost everyone in Kuching were rushing out from office and stunted at the phenomenon. Some say "The end of the world", some say "A spaceship is going to land soon, runnnn~!", some say "Wow! Syiok! cool man...", some say "It's Halo", some say "No no, it's eclipse!", and some say "Bad thing is going to happen soon...". For me, it's just a circle of rainbow surrounded the Sun and that's it. Yeah! that's it...Anyway, it's up to you to judge.

MAS Online Services Crashed !

Yesterday's news announcing The Malaysia Airlines "Visit Malaysia 2007" promotion of the year introducing low fare packages for everyone. My uncle was enthusiastically asking me to jot down the dates that he wanted to fly. He keep telling me that I must be puncture at 9a.m. in front of my laptop and get ready for the booking. I was telling myself "I don't think you will get it". It is not that I want to curse or talk bad about it. You can just imagine, RM1 to fly around Malaysia. EVERYONE WANTS IT (Ooppss...sounds like Toyota Vios advertisement) !? I can predict that the server would definitely crashed tomorrow *prophesying*.

So, today...went to Malaysia Airlines Online website and it shows up nice page, indeed. Telling the reader what are the prices for flying to places so and so. Looks interesting. Yeah, but...

After clicking my uncle's requested date and "submit"...and here you go ! ...and I've tried so many times and still ends up the same thing. Makes me so "kia su" at that particular moment. haha...keep pressing the Refresh(F5) button... LOL !

Well, this reminds me back to my University where we need to wake up at 7am or 8am to register for our course. Well, as usual the server crashed into pieces and I only manage to register a few "unwanted" or "uninteresting" course where not much of student register. In fact, is this a technology issue or people just couldn't be bother to buy more server to have a multiple server to serve more users ? sigh...

So, did anyone out there successfully booked/buy the ticket from MAS Online services with RM1 ?

Highlight of the week

Xin nien lai lorr... Xin nien lai lorr...(it means New Year is around the corner). I believe everyone is preparing for Chinese New Year. No wonder most of the blogs that I frequently visited has no updates. Chinese New Year is around the corner(just a few days from the first day of Chinese New Year !!), so for those who had received your Bonus or Profit Sharing or Ang Pao this year, remember to count your blessings yeah ;)

I remember old folks always says that when you received Bonus or Ang Pao right, you cannot mention them out loud. You have better keep them silent or just whisper to each other. If you announced too loud and let your washing machine or your Car, or your air cond, or your Digicam, or your Handphone got the message; AND YOU WILL BE IN BIG TROUBLE !! BECAUSE THEY REALLY CAN UNDERSTAND IT AND THEY WILL COMMIT SUICIDE !! ...see what happen to me (see the following)

The mechanic says that this actually happen to quite a number of same model of my car as well as "Potong Wila" which are all the latest model that our *humbly* Potong Automobil had produced. The mechanic also says that once you got this changed, it won't spoil anymore. Is this a some kind of marketing strategy ? darn it ! woe to Potong Automobil ! It cost me 220 bucks !

That switch basically controls all of my signal lights, wiper, front lights and so on. I can't even turn on my front lights and this is very dangerous if I am driving it during night time. So, the conclusion is - Don't support local made car if possible ! *puke* ! Chinese New Year is around the corner, so "PANDU CERMAT JIWA SELAMAT" and GONG XI FA CAI !!

So that's about the end of Christmas celebration eh ? Did you enjoy it ? Well, I enjoyed it very much. I got my present, I sing a song to God on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Church, had my Christmas dinner(Lamb Shank - thanks Ruth !) with relatives and friends are all around !

Well well well...2006 is about to end in 3 more days. Any new year wishes ? I wish in the coming year, 2007 I will...I won't put 'em here eh ! *secret secret* kekeke!!...but it will be a big project for me. Definitely not buying Lamborghini or getting married. Anyway, after ang moh's new year; comes our Chinese New Year looo...mwehehehehe~ Luckily I bought my flight back to Sibu last year, sounds scary right ? need to book/buy ticket a year ahead of your actual departure date.

Last night I had a very strange/bad dreams. I was in a castle and keep turning and turning in the castle. I was in the castle to join the King's dinner and there are a lot of people; I am not sure whether they are human or not. I can only recall there is a bad guy(looks like demonic viking with armors) and everyone is trying to kill/defeat him. I saw magic, weird creatures flying here and there...uurrgghh~ what a dream. Maybe I brought the dream back from Edinburgh. hehehe...

Ok lah, have to stop here already. So, make a wish list for your new year and start praying for it. Then, make a list of your mistake and start praying for confession ! hehe... but I guess most of us would only practice the first one =|

Throughout a busy week !

Today is thursday and tomorrow is friday. Towards the end of the week. I always thought that, next week I will be having more of my own time and promised to have more time to sleep. But it just never happen at all. This week was indeed a busy week for me. Actually it started since last week. Let's scream together...1 ... 2 ... 3 ... AAAaaarrRRRrrrGGggggGGGhhhHhhh !!!!!

...yeah, feel better now. Sorry for that. Did you ever wonder how do you feel when you stand up high on a mountain where nobody is there and you shout out real loud ? Heh hey ! It will really makes you feel sooooo gooood. You gotta try it out one day, trust me !

My company has been delaying my trip to Aberdeen(UK) since the first day I work... Sigh ! But I know there are something they are up to. The latest info that they gave me regarding my trip to Aberdeen is tentatively 2nd of November. Well, see how then. I bought my luggage, clothes, pants and stuff a month ago. They were being displayed nicely in my room and I can see dust dressing up my luggage.

It's heading towards the end of year 2006 ! What had I actually achieved ? Still early eh, Stephen ?! hehehe...let's see what had I achieve this year. *think think think*...hhhmm, nothing much. Well, changing job is not an achievement and that's why I dont categorized them as an achievement. Some of my friend just got married. I consider that as an achivement. This month and the following month is good season for marriage. You can see bundle of them in the newspaper everyday. Don't really know how they choose "the date", but I guess some are just following the culture...

Alright, I would say I had successfully get to know more friends this year. Some are good and some are real bad weird. I hate enemies but I always love to have people around me that can speak my joke and get my lame joke. It's good to have people around you that always cheer you up and that's how life supposed to be. I always hope, one day I would laugh until I say buhbye to this world. Hahahaha !! Doctor says that - "The more you laugh, the more healthier you are". So, please don't act cool and you ain't cool at all ! ;p
