Here I am, tHe Spring !

Ok, I admit I am the last person on earth in Kuching to step into tHe Spring. Even my uncle who really not so fancy of shopping has stepped in earlier than me. The first thing that caught my sight was...

Food Bazaar...hhmm, not a place that I will come to have my lunch or dinner.
Sushi King ! wait for me ~ !!

The all time Sibu~ian's favorite Supermarket that sells imported product has reached tHe Spring !
Cashier wearing uniform here, but not in Sibu.

After that went to Kenyalang to buy some Chinese New Year gifts for uncles and aunties. Heard a lot people saying Kenyalang is very famous in selling Chinese New Year junk food. Well, as for me...it just can't compare with the ambience and feeling that you can see in Sibu. But in fact, this year seems to be a bit slow in every business. Would the cause of all these be affected by the stock market that drastically dropped for a few weeks before Chinese New Year ? hhmm....

Ok, Chinese New Year is around the corner...yeah it's just a few days away. Normally chinese would ask questions like "Have had your hair cut ?", Did you receive any bonus this year ? how much how much ?", "Buy any new clothes this year ? tHe Spring got a lot~"...

Anyway, wish you all Happy Chinese New Year for those for celebrates !

Woe to Advertlets !

I was about to view my blog today and found that I was redirected to a missing domain page "www.adbaaz.com". I think Advertlets had forgotten to renew their domain - what a shame ! This is really bad for a e-business website. Whatever it is, I have already removed mine from my template. So if your blog(Blogger.com) is redirected, you need to click your "Sign In" link as quickly as you can spot them on your top right. After signing in, remove the advertlets link from your template and that's it. What a "good" start for Advertlets ;) I need to make sure they pay me my portion when the site is up :D

Updated

Ok, now their site is up. But I couldn't signin into my account ! There goes my money ~ !! :( It says that my account is currently inactive :'( Any laws to protect bloggers regarding this issue ? But I am not sure how can I sign in to my account.

Latest Updates
...and they're back ! :) thanks Advertlets.com for the fixes.

Bye 2007 and hey 2008 !

Everyone had blogged about their past experience in the year of 2007 and jotted down their new year resolution whether on paper or planner or even blog. Year 2007 was indeed a good year for me. Too much of sweet, sour, bitter and spicy memories that I can't forget. I think God really blessed me with people around me that keep me going and financially support whenever I need them. Thank God that He protect me from danger and keep me from sickness of all time. New year resolution...lose weight, quit this and that, save money, learn this and that - all sounds so familiar to us. Can we do something different this year ? I am not sure, but I know this year is going to be different.

I have been staying with my uncle for more than 3 years and on the month of May, it will be 4th year staying together with him ! wow, that's pretty long enough for an infant to start walking by themself. Meaning that, it's time for me to be independent and stop the spoon feeding. I always loves to be independent but I don't know why people around me would think that I should be pampered. That's totally not true. They are so worried that I can't handle things and come on, I am 27 ! There a lot of times old people tends to give advice but as a nature respond of human beings - which is refuse to listen ! :p This year, I know that I am going to move out soon to my own new house; so I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to my relatives for taking care of me and I had learned a lot from them, really. I enjoy studying human psychology and interaction. So, no matter it's a tough one or an easy one, it has made a valuable meaning in my life. I would also like to apologize to them if I had hurt their feelings at time or most of the time.

House is going to be completed soon, so guess a lot of things need to be planned. In fact, it's completed but a few complaints for the defects and they are fixing it. Probably not going to move in during Chinese New Year since the renovation might take some time. Chinese New Year is around the corner and as for me - the prodigal son, had booked my ticket to fly back for Chinese New Year. A lot will agree that going back to Sibu for CNY is a great fun compare to any other place. Everywhere is crowded, "people mountain people sea"(chinese saying of overcrowded). You will hear a lot of firecrackers and lion dance. But, recently I think the fun just got lesser and lesser. Children grown up and they flew to oversea to study and work there. Many won't be able to come back and celebrate with their parents. In fact, their parents fly all the way to find their oversea children to celebrate together with them. This is not a new year resolution but I hope that we would be able to make it this year, it's 2008 - let's fly back to celebrate CNY together all Sibu-ian kiddos ! ;)

This year is going to be a year of difference, so I pray to God prepare my heart and march into the challenging year of 2008 ! Let's do it ! Joolz ! Jop ! Stoo !

a night at Starbucks during new year eve...

Still pondering for the year of 2007...

System.exit(1); it's new year, so let's use the new signature ! ;p
