Siew Ching's Birthday @ De Crimson

Happy Birthday to you...Happy Birthday to you...Happy Birthday to Siew Ching a.k.a Xiao Mei...Happy Birthday to you... Yeah, someone just got one year older on this particular day. It's 18th of August 2007. This month is really a birthday month for me. My dad, grandma, sister and my gf's birthday all falls on August !

Yeah, talking about the number 18th. This number is really My Number. Oppss...suddenly felt so Malaysian when we start using all those My Kard, My what My what...urrgghh...You know what, my birthday also falls on 18th, I started my first job on 18th, my car was bought on 18th, gf's birthday also 18th, I was born on the year of 81...well it's still the number 1 and 8. hehehe...

nice !
Birthday girl making wish...Woah, she took more than 10 minutes to make her wish. Look at her, she was laughing after I "complained" how come her wish so long one ? hahaha...
Yay~ someone just turned ... ooppss, secret for ladies (I know!)
We had mushroom soup...
...Napolitana (lousy camera, sigh !)
...Lamb chop for her
...grilled salmon for me ! yummy ~!
...after got scolded by her(look at picture above) for not giving her any present. But eventually I told her that a bigger present for her is coming, which is not true(hope she is not reading this) then only I am allowed to have my dinner.

I strongly recommend you to have a try at the place we had our dinner. It's called De Crimson. I would give 8 out of 10. The food they served are really nice and tasty. It's big portion as well. At the same time, the price was quite reasonable and cheap. Try out their grilled salmon, ohh...it's heavenly ! It was formerly known as AHA Cafe. The receipt they gave me still imprint the AHA Cafe at the top. They are still using AHA Cafe's cash register. For those who are not staying at Kuching, sorry then !

My almighty maid

Do you have a maid at home ? How would you treat your maid if you do have one ... I am lucky enough to have a maid at home. She did everything for me. Yeah, I mean everything but excluding just only two items that I am doing it by myself - which are washing my underwear and bath my own !

I still can remember those day when my uncle let his maid go back to her hometown, just to let her family know that she is still alive . Normally it takes a week or two. But recently due to the change of maid, it took a month for us before we can have the new one coming. Just imagine suddenly you had lost both your hands ! oh my...we were so dependent on our maid.

During the month without maid, we need 5 to 6 persons(about 12 hands !) to help out for house chore. How can that be ? Why it only needs two hands when we have our maid back in place ? If she is not a almighty maid, then who she is ? Let me introduce our new almighty maid called WAIGINA(In hokkien, "my son" - wah eh gin na). So easy to remember, gosh !

Me and the almighty maid...

She loves to take a photo of herself beside my car, I don't know why...it was taken the next day after the above photo taking session. So, I think this "pose" really meant something to her. Hhhmmm...probably she washed my car every weekends, and that explained everything ? I don't know, she kept insist it :p

Hopefully after all her good work, we can really appreciate her and always give her encouragement and supports whenever we can. She is away from her family to earn some money for her daughter's marriage. See how a mother would sacrificed for her children. Too bad she is a Muslim, she can't take "the" food that we Chinese loves most :( What she need to do after preparation is to wash her hands and pray. We are quite tolerate in this sense where we try to have chicken and fish most of the time. She really loves to talk whenever she has opportunities. I can understand that when a person is kept in a house for more than 8 hours a day :p But sometimes I am so tired to listen ~ hahaha...

So, do you have a maid and how you torture treat her ?

Lately has been dreaming about Honda's car, especially Honda Civic. SssLLLuuuRRRppp~!!

I think I need to reconsider to buy my new car(picture above) since Kuching's security is real bad. Let's go to Mars ! See below...

Disclaimer :
1) Honda pictures were borrowed by Paul Tan's blog.
2) Statement saying I want to buy the above mentioned car is totally BS!
