My House - After Reno

After so long promising you guys that I will be posting up my house renovation, and at last I did it. I am lately so packed with work and could hardly find time even for toilet. I hope this kind of life style will ended at some point. Anyway, let me intro you guys my newly renovated house :p

No money for automatic gate yet, but I swear that I will definitely get one soon. Give me some time to eat maggie mee for another 6 months. I hate it especially when it rains. I need to get down from my car and holding an umbrella while opening the padlock and get into my car before I drive into my house and lock back the gate after I drove into my house. See...so much hassle! sigh...

My main door with wrought iron grille. I would say this is a bad choice as all of the part were too tiny, easily get cut off by thieves. Better get a thicker and more reliable one if I have a choice.

Lately the crime rate is getting into a more alarming state, so putting it inside my kitchen area :D

I am so stupid. I shouldn't have bought this Master Bedroom set until the day near to my wedding. Nobody tells me, so temporarily putting up the bed as the sign that nobody sleeps on top of it until the day of my marriage :p Bor Pien liaoo(what is done is done)...

hey, nowadays the baby fan is the trend for Master Bedroom. It's small and powerful. When you turn to the max, you don't even felt the fan is spinning fast. Not like those with big wing, when you turn them to the max, it will sounds like helicopter's flying in your room!

My new house's teaser!

Alright, since this coming Saturday I am going to held an extremely small housewarming, I would like to put up some of my new house renovation's teaser :p Let's recap what I had posted(or maybe not) and from there you could probably see the progress out of it.

My house and my "babe", though my car plate number sounds a bit deceiving..."7581". Don't ask if you never get to understand this ! You have to read the number in hokkien and read it many times.

...before renovations, it's empty ! Developers nowadays never helps to provide anything by giving excuses "Different people different peferences, so it's better for the owner to do renovation by themself.". Yeah, but could you please mark down the selling price !!?!?!? goodness... O_o !!!

Ok, I really hate this bit. Why do you still want to use chain-link as you know the security nowadays are so baaaad !? Yeah, talking about security - even Dr. George Chan's(Sarawak Deputy Chief Minister) house was striked by robbery, while both his personal security guard can't even do anything and get instructed to break into his house. Sigh !!

Towards completion

After months of waiting, at last it reaches the stage of completion. Yeah, I am saying my very own house. Still remember how it was a few months ago ? You can compare them here. I was told that I will be getting my key either this month or next month. Personally think that it won't be this month. There are still so many mini minor fine work yet to be done.

Hopefully it will be completed by end of this year. Planning to move in by then. Anyway, there will be more things awaiting for me to decide and pay. Among them are iron grill, mosquito net - well, both of these are priority as you might lost everything without this security feature; so first thing first ;) Then I will have alarm, kitchen cabinet, Kitchen hood, Kitchen burner, living room and kitchen decorative divider, lightings, sofa, curtains, blinds, beds, cupboard and so on and so forth...foohhh, can't name them all - really. It's too scary and can't afford wants to have everything. I think needs to starts some pisang goreng business...anyone want to join me ?
