Happy Chinese New Year of Rat !

Yoyoyo!!! Sorry for the late updates :p Happy Chinese New Year ! This year is the year of Rat. Hopefully they don't finish up our food ! hehe... As the year passes through, the opportunity of getting ang pow(red packet) is lesser and lesser. This year only my dad and my grandma gave me ang pow. :( Ok, let's see what I have here...

At my sister in law's house during second day of Chinese New Year...They really cook good food. Let me introduce, on my sister's right hand is her husband ;p Hello, Ah Loong...

During the fourth day, some of the shop opened, so everyone is hunting for some food, especially....see next photo for clue.

It's "KamPua" ! something that you can't miss when you visit Sibu. Some of you might think what's so great about this noodles ? Nothing but just noodles and some pork. But this has been our Sarawakian's local delights for decades ! hahaha...I also don't understand by the way.

"Bien Nuk" ! basically it's pork dumpling with soup...sLLLuurrpp~

this is cow's intestine with soup...we call it "Gu Tor"...

Yeah, it's almost every year Sibu is flooded during Chinese New Year...it really spoils all of our mood !

Happy Chinese New Year, all !!

Alright, that's it ? Not really - you know what? My birthday is always somewhere near Chinese New Year ! So, where have I been celebrating my birthday then ? stay tuned ~
