Second Night Dinner

Ok, here you go with the second night dinner at Lok Thian Restaurant.

Let's start...

First dish, cold platter containing drunken chicken, prawn, honey dew salad, fried fish cakes and fried mushroom in black venigar sauce.

Second dish, obviously is shark fin soup. yummmm...It's very thick! good good...

Third dish was baked herbal chicken. Nothing special here. Just a normal one ;)

Oh man, the fourth dish would be claypot pig trotters with chinese mushroom, celery, sea cucumber in oyster sauce. The pig trotters is a bit fat and oily. But it produce a lot of gelatine again that makes your lips sticky! yummy!! I love it...

Fifth dish was deep fried butter prawns. Ok, this time the butter prawn was not as enormous as the previous one i posted. But this butter prawns was accompanied with curry! Have you ever tried butter prawns with curry before? yum!!

Sixth dish would be deep fried fish with sweet and sour sauce. The fish doesn't looks attractive. They put too much starch which makes the fish yucks! mission failed :(

Seventh dish, stir fried celery with lotus stem, water chestnuts, french beans, almond slivers and fried anchovies. I would give this 7 out of 10 ;)

Then the last dish was the birthday cake! There were two of them and both were as yummy as each other! Yeah, that's about it for second night dinner. Of course our feasting does not end here. There were a lot more feast but I didn't manage to capture them all. Not even my cousin, Ah Ting. Alright, now is your turn to give your marks according to the previous post!

Enjoy! System.exit(1);
